A recent video from Douglas County (Washington) shows the collaborative efforts involved to successfully help sockeye salmon keep coming back to Osoyoos Lake and the south Okanagan. The dream continues to bring salmon back to the Upper Columbia as well as past Chief Joseph and Grand Coulee dams – could the Kettle once again see Pacific salmon grace its lower reaches?
