Graham Watt (Project Coordinator) spoke to the Grand Forks Rotary Club at their October 25 breakfast meeting about the Kettle River Management Plan. The presentation contains an overview of the planning process and the key findings from the State of the Watershed report, and addresses “hot topic” questions about water supply, climate change, groundwater impacts and riparian ecosystems.
